AI in my Head Project with IT Professionals

2026 – current

An independent mixed-methods research project exploring how generative AI is changing the work, thinking and psychological experiences of IT professionals. Through a large-scale questionnaire and in-depth interviews, the project examines cognitive load, professional confidence, decision-making, productivity, wellbeing and career uncertainty. The findings will form the foundation of the research-informed book AI in My Head.
