Where Technology and Coaching Meet
Hi, I’m Katalin Markos, an experienced business coach, mentor, business informatics engineer, data & systems thinker, and a lifelong learner. I work with tech-minded professionals, such as IT engineers, developers, testers, project managers, designers and small business owners, helping them find clarity, direction, and balance in work.
I bring a unique mix: degrees in Information Technology, certificates in coaching, ongoing Psychology studies, 7+ years of coaching experience, and 10+ years running my own businesses in Europe and New Zealand. I’m also a bit of a systems nerd. I love finding patterns, building frameworks, and helping people grow in sustainable, authentic ways.
When I’m not coaching, I’m usually learning or creating, exploring less commonly spoken languages, experimenting with AI tools, reading about psychology, or expressing myself through art and visual design.
