Hi, I’m Kate, an experienced business and life coach, mentor, business informatics engineer, data & systems thinker, and a lifelong learner. I work with engineers, developers, testers, project managers, designers and small business owners, helping them find clarity, direction, and balance in work and life.
I bring a unique mix: a degree in Information Technology, coaching certificates, ongoing Psychology studies, 1000+ hours of coaching experience, and 10+ years running my own businesses in Europe and New Zealand. I’m also a bit of a systems nerd. I love finding patterns, building frameworks, and helping people grow in sustainable, authentic ways.
When I’m not coaching, I’m usually learning something new, playing with AI tools, reading about psychology, or exploring art, music, photos, and visual design as creative self-expression.
